Here are some classic Marvel style Corner Boxes that I did last year. I loved those old corner boxes, something I feel is sorely missing from today's Marvel books.

Planet Grimm!

Here's an oldie but a goodie... this is my PLANET GRIMM concept, where the Thing from the Fantastic Four goes on a similar journey that the Hulk experienced in the classic PLANET HULK. Armed with his mighty Hammer Petunir(!), the ever-lovin, ever-worthy blue-eyed idol of millions now possesses even more power to clobber yon crumb bums! 

Verily, 'tis CLOBBERIN' Time! So sayeth the heir to the throne of fabled Yancy Street!

Here's the Thing how he originally looked in the first couple of issues of the Fantastic Four, before he evolved into the Blue-eyed idol of millions we know and love today!

Hulk vs Thing... Updated!

In a follow up to my Hulk vs. Thing post (where I proudly brag talk about how my artwork is the first thing that shows up if you type "Hulk vs Thing" into Google... something that still blows my mind considering the legends that have drawn ol' Greenskin fighting bashful Benjy!), I decided to redraw and ink that panel from Spectacular Spider-man Adventures issue 100 ( the original was inked by Simon Ecob). Here it is... hope you Gamma-powered Hulksters and Yancy Street gang yahoos like it!

Marvel Cinematic Universe - Grey Hulk, the Thing and Death's Head

"Kevin Feige? Call my
agent, yes?"

Here are some digital imaginings that I have produced on Photoshop, featuring some characters that I would love to see in Marvel's movies... including the grey incarnation of the Hulk, the ever lovin' blue-eyed Thing from the Fantastic Four and Marvel UK's legendary Bounty Hun-- I mean Freelance Peacekeeping Agent, Death's Head (whom I know a lot of fans would love to see appear on the big screen... the Guardians of the Galaxy section of the MCU would be a perfect place for him to show up!). These images depict how I imagine these characters would look like if they were ever to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe... Hope you like them!

Maybe one day we'll see this on the big screen... for me,  it would be the
ultimate Marvel movie moment! 

Marvel Cinematic Universe Re-Imaginings

Here are some Digital pieces of how I imagine the different versions of the Hulk to look in the Marvel Cinematic Universe... plus one of his bashful, blue-eyed buddy from Yancy Street as well!

Hulk vs Thing

If you type in "Hulk vs Thing" in Google, one of the first images to show up is a panel from SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN ADVENTURES (UK) issue 100, where I achieved my life-long dream of drawing ol' Jade Jaws fighting Aunt Petunia's favourite ever lovin' blue eyed nephew... something I'll admit I'm really proud of! Legendary comic artists such as Jack Kirby, John Buscema, Jim Starlin, George Perez and the late great Bernie Wrightson have drawn a classic Hulk vs Thing battle, and while my work is nowhere near in their league, I'm proud to have been able to follow in their titanic steps! So I had the idea today to do a homage to John Buscema's iconic cover to FANTASTIC FOUR issue 112, using my artwork from Spec Spidey 100.
